Postcards ceremony, Staten Island
Staten Island's September 11th Memorial Ceremony will take place at the Postcards memorial, at 6:30pm on Tuesday, September 11, 2012. Family members of victims will read the names of the 274 Staten Islanders murdered in the terrorist attacks. The Postcards memorial is located on the St. George Esplanade, adjacent to the St. George ferry terminal.
