The Stephen P. Driscoll Memorial Pipe Band will perform at West Point on Sunday, April 22, 2018 at 2:30pm. NYPD Officer Stephen P. Driscoll was killed in the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001 at the age of 38. He was a member of the NYPD’s elite Emergency Services Unit.
