9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. On the second anniversary of Hurricane Sandy, Wednesday, October 29, 2014, Staten Island Long-Term Recovery Organization will host several remembrance events. At 4:00pm, there will be a Resiliency Walk on the Boardwalk at Sand Avenue and Father Capodanno Boulevard by Dolphins, followed by a community supper at the picnic area at Lincoln and Midland Avenues. NYDIS Softball Game to Raise Funds for Hurricane Maria Victims
New York Disaster Interfaith Services (NYDIS) is joining forces with NYC-Puerto Rico Long-Term Recovery Group (LTRG) to play softball for Hurricane Maria victims on Saturday, March 16, 2019, at 12:00pm.
