9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. WTC survivor Bert Upson to speak, Paso Robles, CA

Bert Upson, a World Trade Center Tower 2 survivor and author of the new book, On a Clear Day, will tell his story at the Estrella Warbirds Museum’s monthly dinner at 6:00pm on Wednesday, September 4, 2013.
The no-host bar opens at 6:00pm; dinner starts at 7:00pm.
Dinner is catered and open to the public. The event costs $17.00 per person. Reservations are required, either online here or by calling 805-227-0440. Reservations will not be taken later than 6:00pm on the Monday prior to the dinner.
