9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Wreath-Laying & Moment of Silence, Somerville, NJ

The Somerset County Board of Freeholders invite the public to commemorate the victims of the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001 at a wreath-laying ceremony. The ceremony will begin at 8:46am on Wednesday, September 11, 2013 at the County’s 9/11 Memorial in Somerville.

Somerset County Courthouse will toll its bells at 8:46am, the moment American Flight 11 slammed into Tower 1 of the World Trade Center.

39 Somerset County residents were murdered in the attacks.
