9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. World Trade Center Oculus Veterans Day light display

In honor of Veterans Day, the Oculus at the World Trade Center is shining with 13,000 red, white, and blue lights.
The new LED lights were installed in time to become a tribute to veterans, but will ornament the structure on many occasions to come.
The colors can be viewed all day on Veterans Day.
