9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. White Plains Memorial Blood Drive

The City of White Plains and the American Red Cross will hold a blood drive in honor of the victims of the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001 on Tuesday, September 9, 2014 at City Hall from 10:30am to 4:00pm.
