9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Please join the Metropolitan Police Department, the Washington DC Chapter of Concerns of Police Survivors, FOP DC Lodge #1, and the FOP DC Lodge Auxiliary, on Friday May 10, 2013 as they honor those who have made the ultimate sacrifice.
This ceremony honors law enforcement officers from the entire Washington Metropolitan area. Please plan to arrive by 10:45am and assemble in front of the Washington Area Police Memorial Fountain in front of Metropolitan Police Headquarters. The service begins at 11:00am.
