9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Wake for FF John Monteverde

There will be a wake and funeral for FDNY Firefighter John W. Monteverde, who was killed last week by a drunk driver. FF Monteverde worked at Engine 159.
The wake and viewing will be held on Tuesday & Wednesday, October 15 & 16, 2013 from 2:00pm-4:00pm and from 7:00pm-9:00pm at Campbell’s Funeral Home in Manhattan.
The funeral will take place on Thursday, October 17, 2013 at 11:00am at Our Lady of Peace.
