9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Wake for September 11th family member Arlene Howard

Arlene Marguerite Settanni Howard, the mother of Port Authority Police Officer George Howard, who was killed in the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, died Sunday at the age of 95 in Virginia Beach.
Her wake will be held on Saturday, April 6, 2019 from 3:00pm to 4:00pm and from 7:00pm to 9:00pm and on Sunday, April 7, 2019 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm and from 7:00pm to 9:00pm at Dalton Funeral Home in Hicksville.
Mrs. Howard’s funeral Mass is scheduled for 9:45am on Monday, April 8, 2019 at St. Ignatius Roman Catholic Church in Hicksville.
Burial in Calverton National Cemetery will follow the funeral.
