9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Wake for NYPD Police Officer Brian Mulkeen

NYPD Police Officer Brian Mulkeen was killed in the line of duty on September 29, 2019. He was 33 and had almost 7 years on the job.
His wake will be held at the Smith, Seaman & Quackenbush Funeral Home in Monroe, NY from 1:00pm until 4:00pm and from 6:00pm to 9:00pm on Thursday, October 3, 2019.
Officer Mulkeen’s funeral Mass will be held at 11:00am on Friday, October 4, 2019 at the Church of the Sacred Heart in Monroe.
