9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Visitation and memorial service for Russell Siller

Beloved September 11th family member Russell Siller died on November 8, 2019.
The oldest of seven siblings, Russell and his wife Jacky raised Russell’s youngest brother Stephen from the age of 10 after the death of his mother and father.
FF Stephen Siller was killed in the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001. It was in Stephen’s memory that Russ helped to start the Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Foundation. His greatest hope was to “do good” in tribute to his younger brother. Upon the Foundation’s inception, it was Russ who suggested that it have the teaching of St. Francis, “While we have time, let us do good,” as its cornerstone.
The visitation and memorial service for Russell Siller will be held at Harmon Funeral Home on Staten Island on Tuesday, November 12, 2019 from 10:30am to 12:30pm.
