9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Viewing and Funeral for Det. Paul Duncan, NYPD

Det. Paul Duncan, a 17-year veteran of the NYPD was killed in a car crash on February 27, 2015.
His viewing will be held on Wednesday, March 4, 2015 from 8:30am to 9:55am at the Abyssinian Baptist Church in Manhattan.
His funeral will follow at 10:00am at the same location.
