9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Tolling of the Bell of Hope

At 8:46am on Thursday, September 11, 2014, the moment hijackers flew American Airlines Flight 11 into Tower 1, the Bell of Hope will toll. There will be four sets of five rings, the traditional FDNY signal for a firefighter dying in the line of duty.
The Bell of Hope can be found behind St. Paul’s Chapel, at Broadway and Fulton Street.
The City of London gave it to New York City in 2002.
