9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Todd Ouida Children’s Foundation Conference – Montclair, NJ

The 10th annual Todd Ouida Children’s Foundation Conference will be held at the 7th floor Conference Center in University Hall at Montclair State University in Montclair, NJ on Friday, May 20, 2022 from 8:30am until 3:30pm.
This year’s theme is Moving Through: How Attending to the Body Can Transform Learning, Healing and Restoration in Stressful Times.
Speakers will include Dr. Prachi Shah (The Reflective Mirror: How Early Relationships Promote Curiosity and Play); Linda Garofallou (Touch: The Essential Body-Brain Pathway) and Aditi Subramaniam (Our Embodied Wisdom: The Relational Space, Movement, and Healing).
The event’s musical and movement guest will be James Mayer of IM4U Learning. NJ DCF Commissioner Christine Norbut Beyer will be presented with the Todd Ouida Children’s Hero Award.
The cost to attend is $50.00 per participant in advance; $20.00 per student; or $55.00 if purchasing tickets at the door. Tickets can be purchased here. Breakfast, lunch and parking included. Todd Ouida suffered from childhood anxiety issues that affected his life for several years. With treatment he went on to live a happy and successful life which was cut short at the age of 25 when terrorists struck the North Tower of the World Trade Center where Todd was working at Cantor Fitzgerald.
