January 30, 2018 @ 8:00 am - February 15, 2018 @ 5:00 pm
Health Union, LLC is conducting the Blood Cancer in America 2018 survey to get a better understanding of how lymphoma is managed and treated in the United States today to better serve the lymphoma community. This survey may take 20-30 minutes to complete. You don’t need to take it all at once. If you bookmark the survey in your Internet browser, you will resume where you left off.
Results of this survey will be published on Health Union’s Blood-Cancer.com, when it launches. All survey responses become property of Health Union, LLC, and are kept completely anonymous, confidential, and reported in total (your specific responses will not be reported individually). At the end of the survey, you will have the option to have the results emailed to you when they become available.
