Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Super Bowl Pool Fundraiser to benefit Washingtonville 9/11 Memorial

A Super Bowl pool will be held to raise funds for a new memorial in Washingtonville 5 Memorial Park to honor the World Trade Center rescue and recovery workers from Washingtonville who have died of site-related illnesses.
Washingtonville residents NYPD Detective Thomas Barnett, NYPD Detective George Remouns, Jr. and FDNY FF Raymond Phillips have died as a result of 9/11-related illnesses.
Boxes for the Super Bowl pool cost $25.00 apiece. The First Quarter winner will win $200; the Halftime winner will receive $350; the Third Quarter winner gets $200, and the Final winner receives $750.
