9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Street Renaming for Detective Brian Moore

New York City will rename the section of 222nd Street in front of the 105th Precinct for murdered officer Brian Moore at 10:00am on Friday, December 11, 2015. The section of street to be renamed runs between 92nd Avenue and 92nd Road in Queens.
Detective Moore was gunned down on May 2, 2015, dying two days later. A four-year veteran of the NYPD, 25-year-old Moore was promoted to detective after his death.
