9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Street Renaming for Det. Rafael Ramos

On Saturday, June 20, 2015 at 11:00am, there will be a street renaming for First Grade Det. Rafael Ramos at Ridgewood Avenue and Shepherd Avenue in the Cypress Hills section of Brooklyn.
Refreshments will be served after the ceremony.
The New York City Council voted unanimously last winter to rename the street Detective Rafael Ramos Way shortly after Ramos and his partner Wen Jian Liu were shot and killed on December 20, 2014.
