9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Steven Strobert Foundation Day at the Races

On Saturday, June 4, 2016, the Steven Strobert Foundation will host an outing at Monmouth Park Race Track. Gates open at 11:00am. The first race will be held at 1:00pm.
Tickets cost $50.00 for attendees aged 21 and up, $20.00 for ages 12 to 20, and $10.00 for ages 8 to 11. Children under 8 may attend free. Tickets include admission, track-side seating, a barbecue, snacks, soda, and beer. Proceeds raised will go toward the foundation’s school backpack program for underprivileged children.
Please bring an item that a child would normally carry in a school backpack.

A bus ride will be available at the Municipal Parking Lot on Paterson Plank Road for the first 45 participants who request it. The fee for the bus ride is $30.00.
Steven Strobert was 33 when he was killed by terrorists while working as a bond broker for Cantor Fitzgerald in Tower 1 of the World Trade Center. Known for his generosity, Strobert helped a pregnant woman escape the tower during the 1993 bombing. His many friends started the foundation to keep his generous spirit alive.
