9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Stephen P. Driscoll Memorial Pipe Band – Dutchess County St. Patrick’s Day Parade

On Saturday March 2, 2019, at 1:00pm, the Stephen P. Driscoll Memorial Pipe Band will play in the Dutchess County Saint Patrick’s Day Parade in Wappingers Falls, NY.

Police Officer Stephen P. Driscoll, 38, for whom the band was named, worked for the elite NYPD Emergency Services Unit (ESU). He also was a US Navy veteran. Officer Driscoll was killed in the line of duty while responding to the September 11th terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center.
