9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Staten Island emergency blood drive

There will be an Emergency Winter Blood Drive on February 12, 2013 from 9:30am to 3:30pm at Borough Hall in Staten Island.
The drive is one of six blood donor drives that Borough President James Molinaro holds each year, including the September 11th Memorial Blood Drive, which honors those murdered in the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001.
Blood supplies in Staten Island are at an all-time low.
Donors must be between the ages of 17 and 75, weigh at least 110 pounds and be in good health.
