SSG James McNaughton Tribute

January 26, 2019 @ 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm

The family and friends of SSG James McNaughton will hold their 14th annual benefit event honoring him on Saturday, January 26, 2019, from 1:00pm until 9:00pm at Mulcahy’s in Wantagh, NY

On August 2, 2005, SSG James “Jimmy” McNaughton, 27, a New York City police officer and Army Reservist, was killed in action by sniper fire while guarding prisoners at a camp in Iraq. His parents are both retired NYPD officers; his father worked at the site of the World Trade Center as a K-9 handler.

The fee to attend is $20.00 at the door, which includes live music from Plunge and Drop Dead Sexy, raffles, giveaways, drink specials, free food, and more. The funds raised will help the James McNaughton Foundation, a not-for-profit organization that donates to the Centereach High School Scholarship fund.
