9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Silver Shield Foundation benefit

As a Christmas gesture, Pera Mediterranean Brasserie will donate 10% of their proceeds from Christmas Eve, Tuesday, December 24, 2013 and New Year’s Eve, Tuesday, December 31, 2013, to the Silver Shield Foundation and the Child Reach Foundation.
The Silver Shield Foundation assists with the educational costs of children of firefighters and police officers killed in the line of duty and has been a friend to many September 11th families.
The Child Reach Foundation helps those with childhood diseases.
Simply dine at Pera Mediterranean Brasserie (they have a Soho location as well), and at the end of your meal you will receive a donor card so that 10% of your bill will benefit the charity you select.
