9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Shawn Nassaney 911 Mile Challenge

Ten friends of Shawn Nassaney who ran with him have pledged to run 911 miles each between September 11, 2019 and September 11, 2020. They each hope to raise at least $911.00 for the foundation in Shawn’s name.
Shawn Nassaney and his girlfriend, Lynn Goodchild were headed to Hawaii for vacation when they boarded United Flight 175 on the morning of September 11, 2001. Terrorists hijacked their plane and few it into the South Tower of the World Trade Center. He was 25.
