9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Shawn M. Nassaney Race/Walk

The 14th annual Shawn M. Nassaney Race/Walk will be held on Saturday, September 6, 2014. This year’s race will start at 9:00am with a children’s run (1 loop) following the adult run.
After the race, a breakfast of eggs, toast, sausage, bacon, coffee and juice will be provided.
Teams of five or more are encouraged to participate. The top five runners will determine the team score. Lowest team score determines the winners.

Shawn M. Nassaney and his girlfriend, Lynn Goodchild, were travelling on Flight 175 on September 11, 2001. Shawn was 25.
