9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. September 11th Memorial Ceremony, Tobay Beach, NY

The Town of Oyster Bay will host their annual September 11th Memorial Ceremony at 7:00pm on Monday, September 9, 2013
The ceremony at the Tobay Beach September 11th Memorial will consist of a candlelight vigil, vocal performances, bagpipe music and religious readings. As always, the names of the local victims killed in the attacks will be read.
