9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Seminar – Scott Atran on ISIS

As one of the John Jay Center on Terrorism Friday seminars, on Friday, May 1, 2015 from 3:00pm to 5:00pm, Scott Atran will discuss his work on ISIS and his recent experiences interviewing some captured ISIS members. Atran will also discuss his recent experiences on the front lines of the Pesh Merga in Iraq.
Scott Atran is the author of Talking to the Enemy: Religion, Brotherhood, and the (Un)Making of Terrorists.
