9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Scott Weingard was 29 years old and in a successful career at Cantor Fitzgerald on September 11, 2001. Alongside the Greg Richards, Larry Polatsch, Scott Weingard (GLS) Memorial Fund – another charitable organization named in honor of Scott and two of his fraternity brothers who were also killed on 9/11, the Scott Weingard Memorial Fund has raised and donated more than $550,000 to the University of Michigan to permanently endow two Dean’s Scholarships, as well as $200,000 to Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center.
