9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. NYPD/FDNY Hockey Game

The 45th annual NYPD vs. FDNY hockey game will be held on Saturday, March 18, 2017 at 8:00pm at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center.
Purchase tickets through FDNY and NYPD team representatives, or visit their sites FDNY or NYPD. Tickets will also be available in person at the box office at Barclays Center beginning Monday, February 20 (if tickets are still available).
The New York Police Department’s hockey team is comprised of police officers who have donated their time and effort to charitable organizations since the team’s inception in 1973.
The New York City Fire Department hockey team, established in 1968, is a nonprofit organization comprised of firefighters, officers and members who donate their time and efforts to raise funds for the team and the charities it supports.
The first FDNY vs. NYPD hockey game took place in 1974 on Coney Island. The FDNY holds a 23-18-2 all-time record against the NYPD.
