9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Sandy Service Day

Join Jersey Cares on Saturday, October 26, 2013 and Tuesday, October 29, 2013 for Sandy Service Day!
The Hurricane Sandy New Jersey Relief Fund has partnered with Jersey Cares to mobilize 5,000 volunteers in meaningful service projects to continue clean-up and rebuilding efforts throughout Atlantic, Monmouth, Ocean, and Bergen Counties on October 29, 2013, the anniversary of Hurricane Sandy.
Volunteers can participate in different projects, including beach clean-ups and fence installation, field/park revitalization, home repairs/rebuilding, painting in schools and more.
All projects will be held rain or shine.
Volunteers ages 5 and up are welcome, however some sites have different age limits. Please check before registering. Volunteers under the age of 18 must have a youth waiver signed by their parent or guardian in order to participate. Youth waivers are available on the Jersey cares website.
