9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Rename a section of Washington State highway to honor those killed on 9/11 – suggestions accepted

Highway 532 between 72nd Avenue and Pioneer Highway in Washington State will be renamed in honor of those people killed in the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks.
The Stanwood City Council is currently accepting suggestions for the new name. Suggestions can be submitted to kcasey@northcountyfireems.com before January 30, 2021. Submitted names will be voted on by a committee and the State Transportation Commission will official rename the road.
