9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Rededication of 9/11 Memorial – New City, NY
September 11, 2016 @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
On the fifteenth anniversary of the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, Clarkstown/New City residents are invited to a re-dedication ceremony for the 9/11 Memorial outside Town Hall.
There is a new memorial stone of black granite, engraved with the names of town residents who were killed in the attacks. The surrounding park has been upgraded with new landscaping and benches and the water feature has been improved.
The ceremony will begin at 6:00pm on Sunday, September 11, 2016. All are welcome
