Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Red Bandanna Game honoring Welles Remy Crowther – Chestnut Hill, MA

The sixth annual Red Bandanna Game honoring Welles Remy Crowther will be held at Boston College, Crowther’s alma mater, with kickoff at noon on Saturday, November 9, 2019.
It will be Boston College’s final home game of the season. The opponent is Florida State.

Welles Remy Crowther, 24, was a broker at Sandler O’Neill in the South Tower of the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001. As “the man in the red bandanna” he saved several people and went back to save more when he was killed in the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001.
