Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Photographer Charles Moretz to speak about photos lost at Windows on the World – Redding, CT

Charles Moretz, a photographer whose pictures were lost in the World Trade Center, will tell his story in an illustrated talk on Sunday, September 11, 2016 at 3:00pm at the Mark Twain Library in Redding, CT.
Registration is required to attend. Registrations may be made online at www.marktwainlibrary.org, in person at the Library, or by calling the Library at 203-938-2545.
Refreshments will be served.
Moretz took many photographs of the World Trade Center and was commissioned in 1982 to take large photographs of the buildings for Windows on the World. The photographs lost in the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001.
Moretz hopes to have a permanent installation in the National 9/11 Memorial Museum.
