9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. The 21st annual New York State Fallen Firefighters’ Memorial Ceremony will be held at 11:00am on Tuesday, October 9, 2018 in the Empire State Plaza Convention Center in Albany, NY and will honor the 28 firefighters from New York state who died in the line of duty over the past year.
