9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Never Forget Tribute Classic

The third annual Never Forget Tribute Classic will be held at Newark’s Prudential Center on Saturday, December 8, 2018. It’s an NCAA men’s basketball double-header featuring the Florida State Seminoles vs. the UConn Huskies and the Clemson Tigers vs. the Mississippi State Bulldogs. The Clemson/Mississippi game begins at 4:00pm; and the UConn/FS game at 6:30pm.
Both games will also air exclusively on ESPN 2.
The Never Forget Tribute Classic is a benefit for the Families of Freedom Fund managed by Scholarship America which supports the educational aspirations of the children of the victims of the September 11 terrorist attacks. The Families of Freedom Fund was established within one week of the attacks and has since provided more than $150 million in postsecondary education to an entire generation of financially-needy dependents of those killed or permanently disabled in the attacks and their aftermath.
