9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. The annual Mother’s Day Plant Sale at Amy’s Greenhouse will be held from 10:00am until 2:00pm on Saturday, May 12, 2018.
Amy O’Doherty, 23, was killed at Cantor Fitzgerald during the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001. Her love of children and fondness for sunflowers inspired Amy’s Greenhouse, an early childhood project that teaches children to love nature.
