Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Monmouth County Remembrance Ceremony – Atlantic Highlands, NJ

On Wednesday, September 11, 2019 at 8:00am the Monmouth County Park System will host its annual 9/11 Memorial Ceremony at Mount Mitchill Scenic Overlook in Atlantic Highlands, NJ.
Held at the site of the county’s 9/11 Memorial, the ceremony will honor those murdered in the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001.
All are welcome to attend. The ceremony will be held rain or shine.
Politicians will speak, the Sheriff’s Honor Guard will raise the colors, and the Pipes and Drums of the Atlantic Watch and guest singer Gabby Cinque will perform.
147 Monmouth County residents were murdered in the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001.
