9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Moment of Silence for those killed in the Manchester terrorist bombing

A moment of silence will be held across Manchester at 10:31 Greenwich Mean Time (6:31pm EST) to honor the 22 people killed two years ago in the Manchester Arena terrorist attack.
