9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Connecticut’s 12th annual memorial ceremony honoring those murdered by terrorists on September 11, 2001 will be held at 5:30pm on Tuesday, September 10, 2013.
Family members of victims will be included in the ceremony, and the names of the 161 victims with ties to Connecticut will be read aloud.
