9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. The second annual memorial service for Detective Miosotis Familia will be held on Friday, July 5, 2019 at 11:00am at the 46th Precinct.
A 12-year NYPD veteran, Detective Familia, 46, was gunned down while sitting in a marked patrol car on July 5, 2017. She was a single mother of three children.
