9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Memorial Service and Dedication of Survivor Tree Seedling – Chester, NJ

At 4:00pm on Wednesday, September 11, 2019, the Chester, NJ memorial ceremony will include the planting of a seedling from the World Trade Center’s “Survivor Tree’’ and the rededication of the memorial created in honor of former Chester resident, Port Authority Police Officer Gregg Froehner, who was killed in the line of duty during the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001.
The ceremony will be held at the Froehner Memorial in Chubb Park, and will be held rain or shine.
