9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Memorial Mass, Plaque Dedication and Street Renaming – Bronx, NY

On Thursday, September 10, 2015 at 10:30am, Engine 73/Ladder 42 will host a Memorial Mass in quarters honoring the memory of Father Mychal Judge, DC Joseph Marchbanks Jr., Lt. Raymond Murphy of Ladder 16, Lt. Brian Ahearn of Engine 230 and FF Peter Bielfeld of Ladder 42, all of whom were killed in the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center.

A special plaque dedication and street renaming will take place after the Mass commemorating Captain James McDonnell, who made the supreme sacrifice on October 20, 1985.

All off-duty members and their families are invited to attend. Members are requested to attend in dress uniform.
