9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Memorial ceremony – New Bern, NC

The public is invited to a memorial ceremony at the community’s memorial to the victims of the 2001 terrorist attack. The ceremony is returning after a year’s absence.
The ceremony will be at 6:00pm on Thursday, September 11, 2014 and will include a color guard from Cherry Point Marine Corps Air Station, remarks, and the laying of a wreath.
The memorial is located at the Fairfield Harbour Community Center and Firehouse, was dedicated in 2011 and includes actual girders from the World Trade Center.
