9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Memorial ceremony & dedication of new 9/11 Memorial – Chico, CA

The public is invited to attend a memorial ceremony at the new 9/11 Memorial in Chico, California on Thursday, September 11, 2014 at 11:00am.
The new memorial at Fire Station 5 will be ready for the 13th anniversary of the attacks. Landscaping and finishing touches are being added now.
Its centerpiece is a piece of steel from the World Trade Center. The monument’s base is in the shape of the Pentagon. Local resident David Miller lost his daughter Nicole Carol Miller, on United Flight 93, so the Memorial honors her.
