9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Meal Packing for 9/11 Day — New York, NY
September 11, 2021 @ 1:00 pm - 1:30 pm
As part of the 9/11 Day of Service & Remembrance, more than 1,600 volunteers from New York City will gather at the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum to pack at least 500,000 healthy, non-perishable meals to honor those killed in the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001. The meals will be donated to and distributed by City Harvest to individuals and families who are food insecure.
