9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Lung, heart, and mental health research study for NYers aged 13-21

NYU’s School of Medicine will conduct a lung, heart, and mental health research study for young New York City residents, aged 13-21, to evaluate the impact of the 9/11 World Trade Center terrorist attacks on public health.

Qualifications

Participants must be

  • Born between 9/11/1993 and 9/10/2001 (Ages 13-21)*
  • Available for a one-time visit
  • Must not have lived within 1 mile of WTC during 9/11 attacks

*Legal guardians accompanying minors may receive an additional $25.00.

You may receive:

  • Compensation up to $80.00 for time and travel
  • Study related care at no cost
