9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Luminaria Ceremony at the National Flight 93 Memorial – Stoystown, PA
September 10, 2017 @ 7:30 pm - 9:30 pm
On the eve of the 16th anniversary of the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, forty candle lanterns will be carried to the National Flight 93 Memorial’s Wall of Names and placed below the names of each of the passengers and crew members of United Flight 93. The ceremony will take place on Sunday, September 10, 2017 at 7:30pm, ending at 8:45pm.
For this evening only, the memorial will remain open until 9:30pm so that visitors can see the luminaria to their full effect.
