9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Lt. Col. Robert J. Darling (Ret.) of the United States Marine Corps, who was inside the White House bunker on the morning of the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, will give the keynote address at the 131st Garden City Area Chamber of Commerce Banquet in Garden City, Kansas on Thursday, March 8, 2018. The banquet will be held from 5:30pm until 8:30pm CST on Thursday, March 8, 2018, in the Courtyard of Horace Good Middle School.
